​1. Refunds

• Refunds for cancelled consultations will be processed within 5-7 working days and credited to the customer's bank account.

• If a scheduled consultation is cancelled more than 12 hours before the appointment, 75% of the consultation fee will be refunded.

• If a scheduled consultation is cancelled within 12 hours of the appointment, no refund will be provided.

• If the consultation is cancelled by the physician, a full refund of the consultation fee will be given.

• No refund will be provided after the consultation has taken place.

2. Cancellations

• Scheduled consultations can be cancelled before 12 hours with a 25% deduction on the consultation fee paid.

• If a scheduled consultation is cancelled within 12 hours from the consultation time, the entire consultation fee will be forfeited.

• If the consultation is cancelled by the physician, a full refund will be issued.
